Estate Letting - Presenting

When performing estate letting, there are some important considerations that you, as the landlord, should make to ensure that you get the most in terms of finances and quality of tenant when letting out your property.

One of the first major things you will have to do when presenting an estate to let is to write a description of it which tenants will read either when visiting a traditional letting agent or going to the website of an online letting agent. A good description will be around three paragraphs looking at various parts of the property such as internal and external order and local facilities.

Tenants looking for property to let, because they can't afford a mortgage let alone a second mortgage, will first be attracted to a rental by the asking price and then by the images that they see. Photos of an estate to be let should be different from one that is to be sold. Internal shots are more important for letting and so a high quality kitchen or lounge shot will generate more interest than an external shot.

When describing the details of an estate, most tenants are looking for things such as the number of bedrooms, number of bathods, furnishing, flooring and kitchen and heating facilities.

When estate letting, doing all of the above will give you a major advatnatge over other landlords and should ensure that you get a get rental price for your estate and excellent tenants. I hope that this guide can be useful for anyone, whether you provide ENT surgery or sell spices online. Good luck!
